About Us
Michelle Schleck
President
Michelle holds a BS in Civil Engineering from UMass Lowell and worked for Connecticut DOT as a transportation engineer before moving to Maine in 2001.
Erica Libby
Treasurer
Erica holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from UMaine and worked for Air Liquide in Atlanta in technical sales before moving back to Maine in 2002.
Jackie Tremblay
Project Sales Manager
Jackie received her BS from the University of Connecticut 2015. She then started working for a general contractor in Connecticut specializing in heavy civil construction. In 2023 she joined New Form Supply as the Project Sales Manager representing our Connecticut department.
Beth Penney, PE
Director of Operations
Beth earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University and began her career with the Connecticut Department of Transportation as a transportation engineer. She later founded her own consulting firm, where she supported local engineering companies by enhancing their computer‑aided drafting capabilities. In 2024, Beth joined New Form Supply as Director of Operations, bringing her engineering background and entrepreneurial leadership to help position the company for long‑term growth and innovation.
New Form Supply was founded in 2004 by Michelle Schleck and Erica Libby to provide reliable building and site materials for construction projects. Following DBE certification in Maine, the company began operating as New Form Supply and has steadily expanded its reach across the East Coast. Today, New Form Supply is certified in Connecticut, Delaware, District DOT, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, Vermont and WMATA. With more than 20 years of industry experience, our team understands the demands of complex construction projects and is committed to providing dependable materials, responsive service, and strong partnerships with both customers and vendors.
