Form Building Systems, Inc. d/b/a New Form Supply is a 100%
Woman-Owned, DBE-Certified Company. New Form Building Systems,
Inc. began distributing building and site supplies in 2004
starting with Insulating Concrete Forms and Accessories.
New Form Supply began quoting other site supplies on state and
federal work in December 2006. At the urging of Prime
Contractors, we expanded our offerings of site supplies to
include concrete accessories, steel concrete forms, specialty
precast concrete products, steel products, drainage products and
erosion control products.
New Form is owned
and operated by Michelle Atherton and Erica Libby. With combined
backgrounds in civil and chemical engineering as well as experience with DOT
work and technical sales and marketing, New Form has the ability to serve
prime contractors with our site materials with excellent service and
support.
Michelle Atherton
has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. She worked for the
Connecticut DOT as a construction inspector and highway designer during her
7 year tenure. Having this experience gives her a unique understanding of
the needs of the prime contractor and the importance of service and support
in the field.
Erica Libby has a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. She worked for Air
Liquide as an industry manager providing sales and support to the pulp and
paper industry. As an industry manager, Erica also understands the
importance of service and support in the field.
